Holiday season = parties and possible overindulging in your favor

It might be OK with an occasional day of eating
whatever you please, but it's hard for us to get away with doing it for
an entire week.  Some strategies:

1.  Snack before leaving for a party.  It will take the edge off hunger so you won't overeat. 
2.  Drink water.  It will fill you up some so as not to binge on food.
3.  Control portions.  Only partake of your favorite foods.  Learn to say, "this is delicious but I can't eat another bite".
4.  Take a small plate to the buffet table.  This will control your portions.
