About Mr. Hutchins My athletic endeavors began at Lawrence high school where I was a three sport captain. From there I earned an athletic scholarship to participate in the University of Maine football and baseball programs. I graduated with a degree in education and began my teaching and coaching career in Old Town. During my years there I coached varsity football, freshman girls / boys basketball, and JV baseball. During this time I was also the Youth Program Director at the YMCA. After 10 years in OT I was hired in Brewer to teach PE and wellness. Three years ago I was appointed to the position of Athletic Director.
