Facilities Director

1.    High school diploma with additional training in a technical area

2.    Possess valid Maine occupational licensure (e.g. Boiler Inspector, Boiler Operator, Master Electrician, Propane and Natural Gas Technician, Master Plumber, Oil and Solid Fuel Technician, Elevator Inspector and Mechanic or Stationary Steam Engineer)

3.    Possess at least five years experience in skilled maintenance

4.    Able to supervise employees and work effectively with the public, staff and students

5.    Computer skills necessary to master a Siemens building automated system within 60 days of hire
