Brewer Community School

On May 14th, Title I students invited their familes in to celebrate their learning. This open house was all about the kids! Over 130 guests came, and our theme, “sweet success” included snacks and take home goodies for all in attendance. Feedback forms were entered into door prize drawings, with one k-2 student winner and one 3-5 winner. Leading up to the event, students in Title I math and literacy planned how to share their learning from this year with their families. Sharing included things like: How I work with words, Sharing my writing, books I read in September and books I can read now, learning games I play, math routines and our class code of cooperation
